Program will be held on the Harvard campus. Classroom locations will be emailed to participants.
Hotels
Tuition does not include hotel accommodations. You are responsible for making your own arrangements. There are several hotels and inns within walking distance of campus. See the accommodations page on harvardsquare.com.
Parking
Parking in Cambridge is extremely limited. Use public transportation if possible. Traffic in and around Harvard Square is very heavy, so allow extra time. There are a few paid parking lots and garages near campus:
- Propark at the Charles Square Garage at 1 Bennett Street
- University Place Parking at 124 Mount Auburn Street
- Municipal Parking Lot at 110 Mount Auburn Street
- Harvard Square Parking Garage at 20 Elliot Street
- Holyoke Center Parking Garage at 1350 Massachusetts Avenue
- The Church Street Lot at 41 Church Street

Public transportation
Because of heavy traffic and limited parking, public transportation is the best way to get to campus. Take the Red Line of the MBTA subway (the “T”) to the Harvard Square Station. Campus is a quick walk from the station. A number of bus lines also have stops in Harvard Square.
From South Station (bus/train station)
The MBTA commuter rail and Amtrak trains arrive in South Station. From there, take the Red Line of the subway inbound (toward Alewife). Travel six stops and get off at Harvard Square Station.
From Logan Airport
By taxi: Depending on traffic, a taxi to Harvard Square takes approximately 30 minutes and costs about $45.
By public transportation: Take the Silver Line bus to South Station. Take the subway’s Red Line inbound (toward Alewife). Travel six stops and get off at Harvard Square Station. The subway trip takes about 45 minutes.
Restaurants
Lunch and coffee breaks are included in tuition. There are a number of restaurants in Harvard Square, varying in cuisine and price. See the dining options on harvardsquare.com.
Shopping and entertainment
Harvard Square has a number of shops and arts and entertainment venues. The Harvard COOP located at 1400 Massachusetts Avenue has books and Harvard logo items. Also check out the Red Sox schedule.
Harvard tours
There is an official self-guided audio tour of the campus that begins at the Holyoke Center, as well as a mobile tour of Harvard Yard that can be accessed on a smartphone. There are also student-led tours that offer historical information about the university. There is no registration required, but note the calendar as the tours do not run everyday.
