Two-day seminar on effective creativity in business

Creativity is among the key skills needed to address the most pressing business challenges, yet few people know much about it.

Creativity is a process and a learnable skill, and understanding and paying attention to creativity can enhance it. This program explores the creative process, debunks some of the myths surrounding creativity, and uses a series of exercises to build creative skills.

What you will learn

  • The importance of creative thinking in your personal and professional endeavors
  • How to promote creativity in others or avoid inhibiting it
  • Techniques for enhancing creativity (e.g., observation, quieting the internal critic, generating ideas, convergent and divergent thinking)

Who should enroll

This program is for those interested in enhancing creativity in their personal and/or professional life, particularly those responsible for managing others in settings and situations where creativity and creative problem solving may lead to improved performance.
