Analyzing financial statements: a two-day seminar
Explore core concepts of financial reporting and gain a core skill set in analyzing financial statements. This program provides nonfinancial professionals with the ability to interpret financial statement data and ratios. Ultimately, you will develop a more efficient and effective approach to researching and evaluating financial information.

Faculty
James F. White is assistant dean for finance at the School of Science at MIT, where he provides advice and counsel regarding finances and budgets, faculty administration, research administration, and other business-related policy matters. Previously, White was director of finance and administrative operations, and chief financial officer of Harvard Medical International.
White received a bachelor’s degree in economics from Clark University, a master’s degree in management from Purdue University, and a certificate in accounting from Bentley College. He teaches accounting at Harvard Extension School, Boston University, and Suffolk University.
