An Evening with the Stars

Friday, October 6, 2006, 8–10 pm
Harvard College Observatory
60 Garden Street, Cambridge

Join Samuel Palmer, an astronomer at the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics and longtime instructor at Harvard Extension School, as he hosts a private evening for Extension alumni. The evening includes an informal discussion and a visit to the observatory’s roof to look through the Clark telescope, followed by coffee and dessert.

Harvard Football—Harvard vs. Columbia

Join us on Saturday at the “new” Harvard Stadium to see the Crimson squad take on Ivy-rival Columbia University. Tickets are $12 each (regular cost: $15). All tickets must be purchased by Wednesday, October 25. Recording Secretary Steve Gallagan, CSS ’00, will coordinate tickets and tailgating. Contact Steve at (781) 938-8168.
