Division of Continuing Education NewsSpring-Term Grades Available Via DCE-TelBeginning Saturday, June 3, students may call DCETel, the Division of Continuing Education Telephone Information System, (617) 496-1111, to hear their spring-term final grades. Students use their PINs (personal identification numbers) to access DCETel; students who forget or lose their PINs must come in person to the Registrar's Office, 51 Brattle Street, to have their PINs reissued. Nominations for Extension PrizesExtension School students and alumni are invited to send nominations for the Bonanno, Conway, Shattuck, and Fussa Teaching Awards to Dean Michael Shinagel, 51 Brattle Street, Cambridge, MA 02138-3722 before May 1, 2000. Nomination forms are available at Grossman Library and at 51 Brattle Street. Alumni BanquetAll alumni (and students receiving degrees or certificates this year) are invited to attend the Harvard Extension Alumni Association Banquet on Tuesday, June 6. Full details will be available through degree and certificate offices in May. 2000-01 Harvard Extension School Preview and CatalogueThe Harvard Extension School preview brochure will be available in hard copy and on our website in May. The 2000-01 catalogue will be posted on the Extension School website in mid-July, and the printed catalogue will be available in early August. All students who registered in 1999-2000 and all alumni receive a preview. To request a catalogue, students must follow the instructions printed on the preview brochure. Degree and certificate candidates will automatically receive both the preview and the catalogue. 2000 Harvard Summer SchoolExtension School students are invited to continue their studies at the Harvard Summer School. Several hundred day and evening classes are offered, many of which can be applied toward Extension School degrees and certificates. The 2000 Summer School session runs from June 26 through August 18. Registration without a late fee ends Wednesday, June 7.
