Spring Term Grades

Beginning Tuesday, June 5, spring term students may view their final grades by logging in to DCEWeb via the Extension School website, or by calling DCETel, (617) 496-1111. Student ID numbers and personal ID numbers (PINs) are required for both systems. Students who have lost or forgotten their PINs may request them via e-mail or in person at 51 Brattle Street.

Nominations for Extension Prizes

Extension School students, alumni, and alumnae are invited to send nominations for the Bonanno, Conway, Shattuck, and Fussa Teaching Awards to Dean Michael Shinagel, 51 Brattle Street, Cambridge, MA 02138-3722 before May 1, 2001. Nomination forms are available at Grossman Library and at 51 Brattle Street.

Alumni Banquet

All alumni, alumnae, and students receiving degrees or certificates this year are invited to attend the Harvard Extension Alumni Association Banquet on Tuesday, June 5. Details will be available from degree and certificate offices in May.

2001-02 Harvard Extension Preview of Courses

The Harvard Extension School 2001-02 courses preview will be up in May. The complete catalogue will be posted by August 1 and the printed catalogue will be available in early August. All registered 2000-01 students and alumni(ae) will receive a postcard with instructions regarding the preview site and requesting a printed catalogue. Degree and certificate candidates will automatically receive the catalogue.

2001 Harvard Summer School, June 26-August 18

The 2001 Harvard Summer School offers nearly 200 courses, with more than 50 taught on weekday evenings. Course information and application forms are available on the Summer School website. Students can request a catalogue online or by phone, (617) 496-5000. They can also pick one up at 51 Brattle Street. Students can apply for most Harvard Summer School programs online with a credit card. They also may submit applications by fax at (617) 495-2921, by US mail, and in person. Late fees will be charged after Wednesday, June 6.
