Spring Term Grades

Beginning Wednesday, June 9, spring term students may view their final grades at Harvard Extension School online services. Student ID numbers and personal ID numbers (PINs) are required. Students may call (617) 495-0977 with questions.

Extension Teaching Awards

Extension School students, alumni, and alumnae are invited to send nominations for the Bonanno, Conway, Shattuck, and Fussa Teaching Awards to Dean Michael Shinagel, 51 Brattle Street, Cambridge, MA 02138-3722 before May 1, 2004. Downloadable nomination forms are available online at the Harvard Extension School website.

Alumni News

All alumni, alumnae, and students receiving degrees or certificates this year are invited to attend the Harvard Extension Alumni Association Boston Harbor Islands Cruise and Picnic on Saturday, May 15 (rain date: May 22) and the Alumni Banquet on Tuesday, June 8. Details will be available from degree and certificate offices in May.

2004-05 Harvard Extension School
Website and Catalogue Preview

The Harvard Extension School 2004-05 preview website will be up in June. The complete catalogue will be posted by August 1, and the print catalogue will be available in early August. Degree and certificate candidates will automatically receive a catalogue. Registration begins in mid-August; fall-term classes begin September 20.

Harvard Summer School
June 28-August 20

The 2004 Harvard Summer School offers nearly 250 courses on the Harvard campus, including nearly 70 taught on weekday evenings. Many Summer School courses can be applied toward Extension School degrees and certificates, and many may be of interest to all Extension School students including proseminars; distance education courses; economics, management, and writing courses; special three-week courses in mathematics for teaching; and Study Abroad Programs being conducted in seven different countries. Complete Summer School information and online registration are available at the Summer School website. Students can also pick up catalogues at 51 Brattle Street. In addition to online registration, applications may be submitted through US Mail and in person. Late fees will be charged after Friday, June 4.
