Alumni Association

Graduates of our management programs automatically become members of the Harvard Extension Alumni Association (HEAA), which began in 1968 and today has more than 10,000 members around the world. The HEAA sponsors events throughout the academic year that offer opportunities for socializing and networking. Upcoming events include an evening cruise of Boston Harbor on May 19 and the annual Alumni Banquet on June 6. As HEAA members, graduates are also members of the Harvard Alumni Association (HAA), an umbrella organization for all Harvard alumni. Visit the website to learn more about the many benefits that the association offers, including e-mail forwarding (see below), directory services, links to clubs worldwide, and a mentoring program called Crimson Compass.

E-mail Forwarding Services through Post.Harvard

We want to remind our graduates that those with e-mail accounts through the Harvard Alumni Association can utilize the free e-mail forwarding service. You can designate which e-mail address you’d like all your Post.Harvard e-mail forwarded to. By providing your Post.Harvard address to many contacts, then forwarding this e-mail to the account you use regularly, you alleviate the hassle of notifying friends, family, and colleagues every time your e-mail address changes.

Register for an account on the alumni website by providing personal information, which is then confirmed against University records. An online address update is recommended if the records do not match. Once the information is confirmed, you select an e-mail forwarding name and password, and provide the address of the e-mail account to which Post.Harvard will forward messages. The system recognizes your registration within 24 hours.

Need a transcript?

Extension School graduates and students can have official transcripts of their Extension School and Summer School grades sent to a potential employer or graduate school. Transcript request forms are available for downloading from the forms page of the Extension School website. After you complete the transcript request, you can either mail or fax it to the Registrar’s Office.
